By downloading or using Alembic ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the App. The App is published by TGR Publishing ("we," "us").
Alembic is a tool for tracking your trading card collection, building decks from the cards you own, and finding cards you're missing. It is a personal organization tool. We don't guarantee that card data, availability, or pricing shown in or linked from the App is complete, current, or error-free.
Some links in Alembic that point to card marketplaces are affiliate links. If you buy through them, TGR Publishing may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. These commissions help fund the App's development. Alembic surfaces where to find missing cards based on availability — not on which link pays a commission.
If you create an optional account, you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Alembic may offer a paid "Pro" subscription with additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play, renew automatically unless cancelled, and are managed through your Google Play account. Refunds are handled per Google Play's policies.
Don't use the App to break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the App's operation or other users. Don't attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the App or its data except as allowed by law.
The Alembic name, design, and original software are owned by TGR Publishing. Card names, images, set symbols, and game rules are the property of their respective game publishers. Alembic is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast, The Pokémon Company, or any other trading card game publisher. Trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
The App links to third-party marketplaces and relies on third-party card data. We aren't responsible for the content, policies, availability, or transactions of those third parties. Purchases you make on a marketplace are between you and that marketplace.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TGR Publishing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including decisions made based on pricing or availability information shown or linked in the App.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
